Beta Program Overview

As an ongoing effort to create a truly unique product we instituted a Beta Program where we provide organizations with a TiLR deployment in exchange for feedback and suggestions. Starting August 2008, we are expanding our Beta Program and taking applications from anyone wishing to participate in the program. Best of all, there is no fee to participate in the Beta Program.

As a Beta Program participant you get:

• One TiLR robot
• Support for setting up and operations
• Unlimited number of TCC client licenses for the duration of the Beta
• Hosted Robot Server services
• Sneak peek at upcoming featurse and roadmap

In return we ask that you provide us with a reasonable amount of feedback whenver you use TiLR. You tell us what worked, what didn't work, and what you'd like to see next. At the end of the Beta Program period, we conduct a half hour interview with you - which will be done via TiLR. Then you put TiLR in a box and send it to back us.
